Genealogy = Fun ?

He keeps telling me that doing his genealogy is fun.  He keeps telling me that it's addicting and interesting and that I need to try it.  And it's not that I doubt him, but it is hard to believe him when he spends two hours on a Sunday afternoon looking like this.  I'm just saying...

Just sick enough

It only takes one day.  One day of me feeling a little too sick to do anything, but not too sick to just sleep all day.  I'm just right.  Just sick enough to finally take a minute and catch up on some posts I've been meaning to do for the last couple of months.

First are the pictures from our very fun and very-much-too-short trip to Cali in March to see this guy receive his baby blessing from his father.

This is Michael's new nephew Joshua, David & Erin's little boy.  We had a great time visiting with everyone, eating good food, and playing games together.  The only downside was not having the boys there with us, but they would have thrown serious fits if we went all the way to California and didn't go to the beach.  We absolutely did not have any time to fit the beach in and adding that to the fact that it was 24 hours of driving in 3 days we finally decided it would be better to leave them at home.  Other than that it was a wonderful weekend with wonderful people.
